Some clips that are funny as hell, one that isn't very funny at all...

This is one of the funniest clips from the Simpsons yet: not only does it lampoon the xtian view, it actually captures it spot on:

The next one not only spoofs xtianity, I think it EPITOMIZES the lack of knowledge the large percentage of the xtians in this country have of their own book of fables:

The next one however, saddens me to no end, as I always respected Chuck Norris (as a man, NOT as an actor, mind you):

If you watch as Mr. Norris talks, you'll note that his head wobbles, ever so slightly.

Very, very sad. Newsflash, Chuckles: no, NOT founded as an xtian nation, no, the Supreme Court has NOT okayed the bibble for use in schools, it's NOT an historical work, all in all, it's just a book, and a very poorly written one at that, full of egregious errors, contradictions, and LIES.

And the sooner everyone understands that, the better off we'll all be.

Till the next post, then.

Perhaps we should call the number and threaten to sue them for libel. Harming the character of our nation by saying it was founded on Christianity. Tsk, tsk.

A class action suit? Against Chuck Norris? It's a funny idea.
Nah. It's freedom of speech. I don't like his opinion 1 bit, but hey, he's entitled to his opinion even if it's WRONG.
You have my permission to indulge in a few Norris jokes - he's actually pretty easy-going about them.

Thank you for the Simpson clips, I hadn't seen those. It would be so pleasurable to see the writers at the Simpsons do a feature film: THE BIBLE.

As for Chucky, his penultimate statment "we can change the course of our country and...we need it." is dripping with irony. (And his wife did a MUCH better job.)

Ain't it, though? Yeah, we need a change...of political parties.

Ka, you noted that Chucks head wobbles ever so slightly.

IS there a point to that statement? Has he been diagnosed with something? I'm just curious.

My son had a list of chuck noris jokes that are pretty funny.

Not really, but it may indicative of something. He IS getting up there in age.
